4/J + 1 Ranch is the home of COPPEROPOLIS OLIVE OIL COMPANY. We are nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains at the 900 ft. elevation, where warm summers and mild winters make the best possible weather conditions to grow our Tuscan varieties of trees.
We grow the four Noble Tuscans:
Leccino - A robust Cultivar that produces a mild, fruity, and delicate oil.
Pendolino - Produces a sweet soft oil.
Maurino - A delicate and fruity oil.
Frantoio - A prominent Tuscan variety which produces a strong noticeably aromatic oil
The blending of these oils becomes our very own exclusive COPPER COBALT TUSCAN
